Duties of the Service Advisor:

Managing customer workloads and scheduling in a busy dealership environment
Liaising extensively with workshop teams to chase work in progress and update customers
Delivering excellent customer service through strong communication skills, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Up-selling additional products and services where appropriate
Managing customer deadlines efficiently to meet department targets
Operating in a fast-paced environment with between 10 and 12 customer meetings per day
Maintaining accurate records and adhering to dealership policies and procedures
Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements of the Service Advisor:

Recent or current experience within a dealership or similar automotive setting
Strong organisational and IT skills, with experience using Keyloop preferred
Excellent communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
Ability to work efficiently within a team and manage multiple tasks effectively
