• Define and deliver a member benefits strategy that aligns with contractor needs, market trends, and the division’s value proposition.
• Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage third‑party benefit partners to ensure strong performance, quality, and commercial value.
• Own commercial outcomes, including revenue contribution, contractor cost savings, ROI, and business cases for new benefit opportunities.
• Drive benefit engagement through clear communication, effective marketing, and seamless digital experiences across the contractor lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Compliance to embed benefits into core offerings and support programme growth.
• Influence senior stakeholders and provide leadership to teams to deliver a market‑leading contractor value proposition.

The successful candidate will bring strong experience in partnership management, commercial development, and delivering membership benefits within B2B or member‑led environments. They will have a proven ability to source, negotiate, and deliver high‑impact partnerships, supported by excellent commercial acumen, financial modelling skills, and confident budget ownership.
