Whatyou'll be doing
- Supporting the management of Workplace Savings products to meet customer needs
- Demonstrating up-to-date knowledge of products and regulatory developments
- Leading the scheduling and completion of Product Risk Reviews
- Conducting analysis of customer activity to identify indicators of harm
- Undertaking annual and ongoing reporting to maintain compliance
- Maintaining and approving product literature in line with Consumer Duty
- Supporting adherence to the Risk Management Framework
- Conducting customer research and product testing to ensure suitability
- Customer-focused - passionate about delivering great outcomes
- Curious and collaborative - with energy and excellent communication skills
- Knowledgeable - understands Workplace Savings products, regulations, and market trends
- Experienced - in financial services or employee benefits consulting, and eager to grow
- Analytical and organised - able to manage data and project tasks effectively
- Proactive and positive - approaches challenges with a solution-focused mindset
- Committed to development - willing to work towards professional qualifications such as CII (or already on that journey)
