RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and commercially driven Business/Sales Development Manager to join a highly respected organisation at a time of continued growth and investment. Operating successfully across the UK the business is now looking to further strengthen its position within its targeted markets. Working from our Head Offices in Cardiff and in the field, the role demands flexibility, creativity and a collaborative approach to meet the business’s evolving needs.
We are seeking confident Business/Sales Development Managers with strongdemonstrable
B2B sales experienceinthis field.
We are seeking individuals who are eager to grow and enhance their skill sets parallel to company growth.
The role will focus on engaging business clients,identifyingtheir needs and closing deals across our core service areas.
You will play a crucial role in revenue generation and assisting to shape the future sales strategy ofSwitch
Advisor.
- Liaising with Business Services, working on behalf of Business Services and offering and promoting Business Services.
- Drive B2
Bsales withcore focus on payment processing and EPOS systems. - Develop new business leads through cold calling,networking and inbound enquiries.
- Provide expert advice tailored to each client’s needs, helping them switch or adopt new business services.
- Follow up leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals confidentlyand independently.
- Support and guide clients through the onboarding process, providing continuous support and building client rapport sustainably.
- Maintainaccuraterecords of sales and communications using CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and excellent client experiences.
- Develop andmaintainreports for management and stakeholders.
- Full clean driving license
- Reliablybe able tocommute to Cardiff and surrounding areas
- Good levelof education GCSE’s or equivalent
- Good command of English language
- B2B sales experience (preferably 2-3 years)
