About the Role

We are hiring for a growth-focused Product Manager to join our Chat pillar, working with new products we are launching. You will be involved with revamping onboarding flows, getting users into the product and helping to acquire customers at the top of funnel. As a Lead Product Manager, you’ll work closely with a cross‑functional squad of engineers, designers, data scientists, analysts and writers on an area focused around our core AI chatbot.

  • Ensuring your squad is aligned and involved in product direction and key decisions
  • Continuously iterating on the product based on user insights, data, and testing outcomes
What We’re Looking For
  • Extensive product management experience, building consumer‑facing products
  • Experience with products built to change behaviours in users
  • Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to focus your team on impactful work
  • Collaborative and inclusive leadership style with a track record of empowering cross‑functional teams
  • Ability to clearly communicate product decisions and trade‑offs to stakeholders
  • Creativity in approaching product challenges and rethinking how people manage their finances
  • High energy and ownership mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes
  • Passion for building tools that improve users’ financial lives through engaging, meaningful conversations
