Role OverviewWe're seeking a Pricing Business Analyst to support bid processes through accurate cost and income modelling for MSP and RPO programmes. You'll ensure pricing strategies are competitive, compliant, and commercially viable.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain pricing models using advanced Excel techniques.
- Analyse client requirements and forecast costs, margins, and scenarios.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Design, and Operations teams.
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling expertise.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation ability.
- Experience in pricing or commercial analysis, ideally within recruitment or workforce solutions.
- Knowledge of MSP/RPO models and bid processes desirable.
