Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant – Quantitative Finance / Technology

If you’re a high-achieving graduate or salesperson looking to build a career in a specialist recruitment environment, this is an opportunity to work with top-tier quantitative hedge funds and investment banks around the world.

You’ll join a fast growing, 8-year-old recruitment business with a small, collaborative team, focused on trading roles, quant researchers, and software engineers. From day one, you’ll take ownership over candidate processes, learn how to manage senior level searches, and develop a career in a high-value, niche market.

• Start on a 180 desk, focused on headhunting and candidate outreach
• Early exposure to live calls, roleplays, and shadowing senior consultants
• Take full ownership of candidate management and negotiations from day one
• Shape your role over time with flexibility and guidance
• Progression opportunities into senior searches and leadership roles

• Commission: % of first deal, increasing on subsequent deals - strong payout even at entry level
• Mentored, hands-on training (at least 1 hour/day initially) with senior consultants
• Exposure to international clients in New York, London, Chicago, Geneva, Paris, Amsterdam, Singapore, and Sydney
• Travel opportunities and participation in global presentations at MIT & Harvard
• Collaborative, supportive culture that values quality over quantity

• You have a 2:1 or above in any degree discipline
• You’re self-motivated, naturally curious, and detail oriented
• You’re a strong listener, credible, and people focused
• You enjoy technical language and complex problem solving
• You may have prior work experience or are open to switching careers into recruitment
• A STEM background is an advantage but not essential
