Business Development Manager

Location:

Fully Remote – occasional paid travel to London.

Salary: £34,000 per annum + monthly bonus up to 20%.

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time, WFH.

We are looking for an ambitious business‑to‑business sales professional who can build strong relationships with clients and close deals that drive revenue.

Report to the Sales Manager and work to improve the customer experience with a strong focus on recruitment or recruitment advertising/ATS experience.

• Identify and generate potential new leads.
• Seek out new relationships with lapsed clients.
• Actively source new leads.
• Account‑manage high‑level accounts.
• Produce proposals and convert them into deals.
• Provide weekly forecasts and maintain an active, organised pipeline.
• Support and collaborate with the team.

• At least 2 years of experience in a business‑to‑business sales environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Affable, personable and comfortable presenting to groups of all sizes and levels.
• Previous experience in recruitment; experience in recruitment advertising or ATS sales is preferred.
