Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 DOE

Are you highly organised, detail-focused and passionate about maintaining quality and integrity? We're looking for an Exams & Assessment Officer to play a key role in the secure and successful delivery of examinations and assessments across Wales and beyond.

About the RoleAs Exams & Assessment Officer, you will coordinate and administer assessment delivery activities, ensuring processes are accurate, secure and fully compliant. You'll manage assessment materials, support centres with assessment administration, maintain audit‑ready records and help ensure results are processed efficiently and accurately.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating the delivery of examinations and assessments
- Managing the secure handling and distribution of assessment materials
- Maintaining accurate records, tracking systems and audit trails
- Supporting the processing and release of assessment results
- Providing clear written guidance to centres and internal teams
- Investigating, recording and escalating assessment incidents and risks
- Supporting regulatory, audit and quality assurance activities
- Experience in an administrative or coordination role
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information
- Strong written communication and stakeholder support skills
- Experience working within controlled processes or compliance environments
- Experience in education, awarding organisations or regulated sectors is desirable

Welsh language skills are desirable.
Full driving licence and occasional UK travel, including overnight stays, may be required.
