Job Description We are looking for a dedicated and motivated
** Resident Liaison Officer
** to join our team. In this vital role, you will make a real difference to the lives of our residents while developing your career in property services.
About the Role As the key point of contact for residents, you will:
* Engage with customers through newsletters, meetings, visits, and open days.
* Ensure residents are kept informed of works, processes, and any changes or updates.
* Provide excellent customer care and aftercare, ensuring works are completed to a high standard.
* Manage expectations and communication between residents, clients, and our operations teams.
* Handle potentially challenging situations with empathy, professionalism, and resilience.
** This role may suit someone with experience in the care or retail industry, but above all, we value enthusiasm, initiative, and a strong drive to make a positive difference.
**** A full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential for this role.
