Shopify is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of merchants and act as a strategic advisor across retention, renewals, growth, and product adoption. You will build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels—including executives—and support German-speaking merchants.
You will leverage your ecommerce knowledge and strong communication skills to drive value, onboard new users, and partner with internal teams to optimize the merchant experience on Shopify.
