Salary: £61,500 - 73,057 per year

• We own and champion a portfolio of customer contact products throughout their lifecycle, from discovery and delivery to continuous improvement and retirement.
• We define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned to organisational priorities.
• We prioritise product backlogs, balancing customer value, operational needs, technical debt, risk, and strategic objectives.
• We collaborate with users and stakeholders to understand needs, validate solutions, and ensure products deliver measurable outcomes.
• We work across multidisciplinary Agile teams to deliver high‑quality products and services.
• We oversee the operational performance of products, support incident management, and prioritise defects alongside planned enhancements.

We are a forward‑thinking Civil Service organisation seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a portfolio of customer contact products, including CRM, telephony, digital forms, and correspondence solutions. The role is based in Cardiff with hybrid working, requiring attendance on site twice per week.
