Arkema, Inc. is seeking a skilled Order Management Specialist to ensure quality in the sales order process, enhance customer satisfaction, and support revenue streams.
You will work in a customer service team interfacing with plant shipping locations, Logistics, Credit, AR, Regulatory and other Arkema departments. Responsibilities include managing orders for key customers (2,000+ per year), using SAP for order entry, pricing, scheduling, and COA/Invoice information; monitoring against forecasts
