Job Summary
We are looking for a Commercial Excellence specialist to join our team on a 12‑month fixed term basis. As the successful candidate you will partner with the business to drive data‑driven decision making and optimise the execution of key commercial processes through CRM, analytics and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities- Support commercial teams with accurate customer data, dashboards and actionable insights.
- Act as the local CRM and data specialist, ensuring data quality, governance, access and issue resolution.
- Drive adoption of CRM, analytics tools and AI‑enabled solutions and commercial enablers (e.g. Veeva platforms and dashboards) to improve effectiveness.
- Lead targeting and segmentation processes, including MCCP planning, omnichannel activity and KPI tracking.
- Support Strategic Account Management (SAM) and SFI processes, ensuring accurate data flows, integration of sales data, territory alignment and business rule compliance.
- Ensure data privacy, GDPR compliance, vendor due diligence and effective end‑user training and communications.
Basic Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject.
- Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g. Veeva, Salesforce), Master Data Management and commercial data systems (including sales data), with a strong understanding of data structures, system integration and data governance.
- Strong analytical capability, including Excel skills and the ability to interpret, analyse and translate data into actionable insights.
- Able to deliver high‑quality work in a fast‑paced environment, managing pressure and deadlines effectively.
- Strong prioritisation skills, with the ability to align work to business needs and stakeholder expectations.
- Proven project management capability, including planning, attention to detail, risk anticipation and solution focus.
- Flexible, consultative working style, with strong collaboration skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Norwegian, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders across all levels.
Preferred
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience from the Norwegian pharmaceutical and healthcare sector is valuable.
