- Contribute to major bids and pursuits by providing well‑being and psychosocial risk expertise, helping to shape client proposals, project delivery approaches and well‑being commitments that support sustainable workforce performance.
- Support projects to identify psychosocial hazards and develop proactive control measures that reduce risk and support sustainable performance and positive well‑being outcomes.
- Provide subject‑matter advice on complex well‑being challenges affecting project teams.
- Facilitate project stress risk assessments and support projects in developing risk mitigation plans in line with contractual commitments.
- Work with HSEQ teams to embed psychosocial risk controls within project management systems, HSW plans and governance processes.
- Monitor emerging well‑being risks and trends and recommend targeted interventions based on project data and workforce feedback.
- Support project teams in responding to critical incidents, periods of change and high‑risk workforce environments.
- Support UK&I and projects on aligning with external guidance and benchmarks such as IS45003.
- Contribute to a global focus on psychosocial risk management.
- Design and implement project‑level well‑being initiatives that address identified well‑being risks.

- Evaluate intervention effectiveness and use insight to drive continuous improvement.
- Support projects in meeting client and contractual well‑being commitments.
- Build trusted relationships with project leaders, HSEQ professionals, HR teams and client representatives.
- Influence project decision making by translating well‑being data and psychosocial risk information into practical actions.
- Facilitate workshops, leadership discussions and learning initiatives to increase understanding of major project well‑being.
- Promote the global integrated approach that aligns well‑being, health and safety, people experience and organisational performance.
- Share UK&I major project and programme insights and best practices to inform global programme development.
