Position: Associate Account Manager - Global (2 year fixed term contract)

Atradius Global is a specialist team dedicated to the individual trade credit insurance needs of multinational businesses. The team operates on a global platform, providing a personalised and tailored response to multinational credit risk.

Job Description

An Associate Account Manager position in the Global UK & Ireland Team located in Cardiff. This entry‑level role provides administrative support for the account team and customer‑centric support within the Global Customer Services Team. The position is a fixed‑term contract for an initial two‑year period, with the possibility of extension. The role involves daily contact with large organisations and requires management of a varied workload, including customer queries, policy administration and invoicing.

Requirements

For This Role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; experience with Microsoft Teams and Copilot is an advantage.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
  • A positive attitude and a proactive, can‑do approach.
  • Relevant business experience or a degree in a related subject.
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom.
