Pay rate: £24.25 per hour

Location:

Remote (Wales-based organisation) – Travel to Cardiff required twice in the first month, then once monthly

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week

We’re recruiting for a Business Analyst to join a prestigious public sector organisation in Wales. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful work in a remote capacity, with occasional travel to Cardiff.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support data process automation initiatives.
Utilise Azure Dev Ops for project tracking and delivery.
Analyse and improve existing workflows and systems.
Develop and interpret data process flow diagrams and entity-relationship diagrams.
Collaborate across teams to build effective, scalable solutions.
Work through the phased development lifecycle, ensuring quality and consistency.
What We’re Looking For in a Business Analyst:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experience with Azure Dev Ops is essential.
Proven experience in business analysis, especially in data-heavy environments.
Solid understanding of process mapping and solution design.
Background in scientific, environmental, or water-related sectors is advantageous but not essential
