Salary

£70,000 - 70,000 per year

• Experience leading a product portfolio across the full lifecycle, from discovery and delivery through to continuous improvement and retirement.
• Strong product management experience with the ability to define and maintain product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Experience prioritising backlogs and balancing customer value, operational needs, technical debt, risk, and strategic objectives.
• Experience working with users and stakeholders to understand needs, validate solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Experience delivering products and services across multidisciplinary Agile teams.
• Understanding of operational performance management, incident management, and defect prioritisation.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy, compliance, and information management requirements within product design and delivery.
• Strong stakeholder communication and engagement skills.
• Ability to promote product management best practice and help develop product capability across an organisation.

• Own and champion a portfolio of customer contact products throughout their lifecycle.
• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned to organisational priorities.
• Prioritise product backlogs by balancing customer value, operational needs, technical debt, risk, and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with users and stakeholders to understand needs, validate solutions, and ensure products deliver measurable outcomes.
• Work across multidisciplinary Agile teams to deliver high-quality products and services.
• Oversee operational performance, supporting incident management and prioritising defects alongside planned enhancements.
• Ensure data governance, privacy, compliance, and information management requirements are embedded in product design and delivery.
• Drive a seamless end-to-end customer experience by working closely with service owners, designers, engineers, and operational teams.
• Communicate product vision, progress, and priorities effectively to stakeholders.
• Promote product management best practice and contribute to developing product capability across the organisation.
