About The Role

Level: 5 – Distribution – Homebased, United Kingdom (must be based in Central and/or West Midlands). Contract Type:

Non-Regulated. This role is a Distribution Director – Wealth, working with Network AR firms and self-employed national advisers to help them run, grow, and exit successfully.

• Provide objective advice to Appointed Representative (AR) firms and national advisers on strategy, structure, management, and operations.
• Build strong, professional relationships with AR principals and advisers.
• Collaborate with the Head of Adviser Relationships and other stakeholders to deliver coordinated support and ensure contractual integrity.
• Develop and drive campaigns & initiatives across the region to drive results.
• Manage two Relationship Managers within the designated region, ensuring they meet performance objectives.
• Support onboarding of new AR firms and national advisers.
• Work compliantly with Risk and Compliance and across the wider Quilter business.
• Maintain an integrated client offering where appropriate.

• Experience in a financial services sales environment, particularly in a financial advice network.
• Broad understanding of how firms and advisers operate and how to build beneficial relationships.
• Comprehensive knowledge of product sectors, distribution channels, industry, and regulatory landscapes.
• Detailed knowledge of wealth, mortgage and protection propositions, platforms, and asset gathering.
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements, risk management, commercial drivers, profitability levers, adviser economics, and business performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills, adaptable style suitable for varied audiences.
• People management experience with a focus on performance culture, accountability, and alignment with strategic priorities.
• Ability to model core values, act with integrity, put customers first, and support diversity and inclusion.
