We’re recruiting for a Business Analyst to join a prestigious public sector organisation in Wales. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful work in a remote capacity, with occasional travel to Cardiff.Business Analyst Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support data process automation initiatives.
- Utilise Azure Dev Ops for project tracking and delivery.
- Analyse and improve existing workflows and systems.
- Develop and interpret data process flow diagrams and entity-relationship diagrams.
- Collaborate across teams to build effective, scalable solutions.
- Work through the phased development lifecycle, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops is essential.
- Proven experience in business analysis, especially in data-heavy environments.
- Solid understanding of process mapping and solution design
