Capital on Tap is seeking an Operational Training Specialist in Cardiff to design and deliver onboarding for new hires and continuously upskill the Customer Operations team. You will create engaging training materials, lead sessions on new products, processes and systems, and ensure accurate knowledge documentation as the foundation for training efforts.
You will collaborate with cross-functional SMEs, manage the content lifecycle, and maintain strict sign-off protocols to remain compliant.
