Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is seeking a Payroll and Flexible Benefits Team Leader on a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2027. The role oversees monthly payroll for ~4,000 staff, including benefits administration, with a hybrid working model across Edinburgh, Leeds and London.
You will lead a small team, manage relationships with payroll providers and our flexible benefits partner, ensure compliance, and drive improvements to financial reporting and data accuracy.
