WRAP in Cardiff is seeking a Recycling and Collections Advisor Operations to join our Collaborative Change Programme Team. You will work with councils to design and implement improvements to recycling services, whether rolling out county-wide changes or tackling local problems.
You will liaise with local authority officers, monitor service delivery, and use your influencing skills to secure support for proposed changes, with travel within the UK as needed.
