Sidecar Health is seeking an Operations Training Specialist to own the full training lifecycle for its operations teams. You will design content, facilitate sessions, manage logistics, and ensure new hires reach floor readiness.
You’ll focus on Claims training while collaborating with multiple teams to build a scalable enablement function. You’ll create and maintain training materials, run onboarding, refresher, and change training, and measure effectiveness.
