Our client is seeking enthusiastic Operations Analyst's to join their dynamic team within the Audit & Compliance, Delivery & Schemes division. As the UK's regulator for the energy industry, the organisation is committed to ensuring that every household and business can depend on a safe, affordable, and environmentally sustainable energy supply.

In the face of unprecedented challenges in the energy market, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a greener, fairer energy system.

Start ASAP, pending compliance checks, hours Monday-Friday 36 hours per week, this is a hybrid working role one day a week in the office, duration until end of April 2027, pay £17ph PAYE, location Cardiff.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to the administration of environmental schemes and achieve key performance indicators.
Update, develop, and streamline business procedures for efficiency.
Build strong relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
Identify instances of potential fraud and non-compliance, providing recommendations.

The Successful Candidate Will:

Possess strong analytical skills to collect and assess qualitative and quantitative data.
Communicate complex issues effectively to non-expert audiences, both verbally and in writing.
Proactively prioritise and plan work to deliver quality outputs in a dynamic environment.
