The Opportunity:Your Impact & What You'll Do
As our Part-time Business Development Manager based in the Cardiff studio, you will play a pivotal role in driving PRP's growth across Wales. Reporting directly to Andrew Mellor (Partner), you will be the driving force behind our regional business development efforts, shaping opportunities, and building lasting connections.
About the role:The purpose of this Job Description is to indicate the general level of responsibility of the post. It is pointed out however, that the detailed duties may vary from time to time. The role is planned to be a 12 month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities:New Business Development:
Identifying and developing new business for PRP in Wales.
Research & Analysis:- Researching new leads, trends, and opportunities.
- Researching emerging client companies.
- Researching client contacts.
- Researching, analysing, and reporting market intelligence.
- Approaching business leads and arranging meetings with the relevant member(s) of the PRP management team.
- Arranging and attending client engagement events such as seminars and round tables, etc.
- Actively promoting both existing services and new ones.
- Working closely with the London Marketing team to ensure crossover with PRP's New Business & Marketing strategy.
- Monitoring and reporting on Business Development functions.
- Providing senior management support for client relationship management.
- Conducting post-engagement follow-ups, reviews, and improvement recommendations.
