We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Banking domain experience to join our team for a 6-month contract with Barclays in Northampton.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Business Analysis, Banking, Agile Methodology, and Requirement Gathering
, along with expertise in financial data analysis, business process improvement, customer analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform customer analysis and evaluate market conditions.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data-driven business insights.
- Recommend strategic improvements to enhance profitability and customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong Banking and Financial Services domain knowledge.
- Hands-on experience in Agile environments.
- Excellent Requirement Gathering and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model, 2–3 days per week from the Northampton office.
