Our Accelerated Development Programme offers a structured route into consulting and industry. You'll gain hands-on experience supporting business transformation initiatives, working with stakeholders, improving processes and contributing to large-scale change programmes from day one.

Alongside practical client experience, you'll complete a minimum of five industry-recognised accreditations, receive dedicated coaching and mentoring, and benefit from clear progression pathways and significant salary growth as you develop.

The Business Pathway is designed for people who enjoy understanding how organisations work, solving problems and collaborating with others to deliver change.

You could support clients across areas such as:

• Financial Services
• Operations & Business Improvement

Working directly with client teams, you'll help organisations overcome challenges, improve performance and deliver meaningful outcomes.

All graduates join our Accelerated Development Programme
