Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for a broad range of building surveying duties, including:

Contract Administration
Technical Due Diligence
Dilapidations
Building Pathology
General commercial building surveying duties aligned with a Chartered Building Surveyor role

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Degree in Building Surveying & MRICS accreditation
Strong and accurate report writing skills
Experience working within a proactive commercial environment
Sound understanding of commercial building contracts
Commercially astute with a strong technical skillset
Confident adopting and leveraging technology
High level of up‑to‑date technical building knowledge
