Key Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day site operations and site-based teams
- Coordinating and managing subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensuring works are delivered safely on programme, and within budget
- Driving programme, quality, and compliance on site
- Implementing and monitoring project processes and procedures
- Supporting the Project Director with reporting and delivery strategy
The ideal candidate will be a process-driven delivery manager with proven experience operating as a No.2 on projects valued over £30m.
On completion of the project, the client is able to offer continuity of regional work, predominantly within the Cardiff/ South Wales area.
