Site Manager Required - Cardiff | Immediate Start | Contract Until End of August
We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager for a live school project based in Cardiff, running through until the end of August.
Responsibilities:
- Groundworks
- Paving and hard landscaping
- External finishes
- Coordination of subcontractors
- Site health & safety
- Programme management and daily site operations
Additional experience overseeing internal fit‑out or finishing works would also be highly beneficial.
Ideal candidate qualifications:
- Proven experience delivering projects within live or occupied environments
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to drive programme and maintain quality standards
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications preferred
This is a great opportunity for a hands‑on Site Manager looking for an immediate start on a well‑run project.
