Vale Recruitment are currently working with a rapidly growing expensing construction company who are looking to appoint a design manager.
This is a new vacancy, and an excellent opportunity to join an expesning team whose reputation is incredible within the South & West Wales construction industry.
Responsibilities- Leading the design of prestigious projects
- Reporting & presenting designs, in conjunction with the construction team, project plans and building control.
Extensive experience using Revit, and a proven track record of delivering projects from £10-30m in education, commercial, and PFI.
