As an Estimator, you will play a key role in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a range of refurbishment and fit‑out projects. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and supply chain partners to ensure commercially sound decisions throughout the tender process.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, including labour, materials, and plant
• Review project drawings, specifications, and documentation
• Support tender submissions and bid strategy
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing
• Assess and manage project risks and opportunities
• Maintain and update cost databases in line with current market conditions
• Collaborate with pre‑construction, commercial, and project delivery teams

• Proven experience in a construction estimating role (typically projects up to £3m)
• Strong knowledge of refurbishment and fit‑out projects
• Experience using estimating software (e.g. Con Quest) and strong Excel skills
• Good commercial awareness with the ability to support winning tenders
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
