Site Manager

A leading Tier 1 main contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team on a major project based in Cardiff.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-profile development, working with a business that is rapidly expanding across the South West and is known for delivering complex, high-quality schemes.

The Role
As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for overseeing internal works packages, ensuring delivery to programme, quality, and safety standards. You will play a key role in coordinating subcontractors, driving productivity on site, and maintaining strong communication with the wider project team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate internal works on site
Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
Oversee subcontractors and daily site operations
Maintain site records and ensure compliance with company procedures
Work closely with senior management to drive programme and performance

About You

Proven experience as a Site Manager with a Tier 1 or reputable main contractor
Strong background in managing internal packages on large-scale projects
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Driven, proactive, and focused on quality delivery
