Our client is an experienced passionate team of skilled Civil Engineering & Groundworks professionals who are looking to hire a Groundworks Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team in Cardiff, Wales.
With over 40 years of collective experience, they offer high‑quality services covering all aspects of civil engineering and groundworks. They prioritise precision, attention to detail, and reliability in all projects, working closely with developers and contractors to meet client requirements.
Role Description- Overseeing contracts, managing budgets.
- Tendering & Estimating for new opportunities.
- Manage and procure the supply chain effectively.
- Conduct monthly valuations and manage applications for payment.
- Monitor project cash flow and prepare monthly cost and value reports.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Groundworks & Civil Engineering knowledge.
