Area Sales Manager – South Wales

Join the UK’s leading temporary groundworks and civil engineering solutions provider and take ownership of a high-growth South Wales territory. Selling market‑leading below‑ground hire solutions, including trench shoring, excavation bracing, extraction equipment, sheeting and lightweight boxes, you’ll work with main contractors and civil engineering businesses across major infrastructure and construction projects.

Supported by a dedicated design team, regional depots, hire controllers and national accounts colleagues, you’ll focus on developing new business while managing existing accounts. With the largest stockholding in the UK and a national installation capability, you’ll have a genuine competitive advantage.

We’re looking for a proven field sales professional with experience in heavy‑side construction or civil engineering, a track record in new business development and account management, and experience selling technical construction solutions to contractors and ground workers.

£45,000-£48,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (1% of all sales), company car, 25 days holiday, pension, excellent training and genuine career progression. Based around Cardiff, Newport or Swansea
