A prominent national contractor in Cardiff is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial team for a £65m high-rise development. The role involves managing the commercial and contractual delivery of the project, overseeing a small team, and reporting to the off-site Commercial Manager. Ideal candidates will have 6-8+ years of experience with a main contractor and a strong understanding of D&B JCT contracts.
