We have a fantastic opportunity for an Estimator to join our team within Lovells South West & Wales region based out of our Cardiff office working primarily on the Cardiff Council & Vale of Glamorgan Council New Housing Partnership.

Reporting to the Managing Estimator, you will provide land and tender appraisals in a timely manner whilst maximising the land value, development margin and return on capital employed.

You will join a growing team of passionate and dedicated Pre-construction professionals, providing commercial support to the estimating team throughout the region all whilst forming and developing relationships with the internal project teams and our supply chain.
