Assistant Quantity Surveyor

An ambitious Construction Consultancy is seeking a well spoken and energetic Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their Cardiff office.
RoleThe Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join a supportive team of Quantity Surveyors on a diverse range of projects throughout a wide range of sectors including listed buildings, healthcare and heritage.
The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will help support the Senior QS by carrying out estimations, doing final accounts and writing up cost forecasts.
Qualifications- A Quantity Surveying degree (or RICS Associated)
- Basic pre and post contract knowledge
- Working towards becoming MRICS (or willing to start)
- Worked within a PQS / Consultancy environment
- Driving licence + car
- Client facing experience
- £30,000 - £40,000
- APC support
- Strong pipeline of work
- Diverse range of projects
- Flexible working
- Clear route to Senior
- Professional in-house training and support
- Private Healthcare
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
