Pay: £13.50/£17ph depending on experience

Vector Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Drainage Civils Operative on behalf of a rapidly growing drainage contractor operating across the South West.

We would like to speak with individuals with proven experience delivering drainage civils works.

You will be working as part of a dedicated civils crew carrying out a range of drainage and groundwork activities, primarily for commercial clients, including:

• Drainage excavations, installations, connections, and repairs
• Groundworks and minor civils works
• Pipework renewals and repairs
• Reinstatements following drainage works
• Patch lining and associated remedial works

• £13.50/£17ph depending on experience
• 50 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
• Travel time paid
• Time and a half for any work completed between 7pm and 7am
• Weekend work
• Strong long‑term earning potential
• Permanent, stable workload with a growing contractor

• Proven experience in drainage civils and groundworks
• Valid UK driving licence (at least one member of the crew)
• CSCS Card
• NRSWA (Streetworks) qualification (desirable)
• 360 Excavator qualification (desirable)
• SSSTS (desirable)
• Successful candidates must pass a Drug & Alcohol test

Monday to Friday: 7am - 5pm
