Cardiff – Site Based

In this role, you will take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day management of new build housing developments, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate labour, materials, plant and subcontractors, monitor production against programme, maintain site records, manage health, safety and environmental compliance, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the construction and handover process.

The ideal candidate will have previous Site Management experience within the residential sector. Candidates with a desire to progress within a growing business are encouraged to apply.

The Role
  • Manage new build housing developments from pre‑start through to completion and customer handover
  • Organise company and subcontractor resources to achieve build programmes and project milestones
  • Monitor production levels and take proactive action to address programme shortfalls
  • Coordinate labour, materials, plant and subcontractors on site
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety and environmental legislation and company procedures
The Person
  • Previous Site Management experience within the residential sector
  • Strong understanding of housing construction, build programmes and quality standards
  • Excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills
  • Ambitious individual looking to progress within a growing residential construction business
