Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location:
Cardiff office.
A respectable Construction Consultancy is seeking a personable Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from inception to completion, while mentoring less experienced QS.
- Work on a diverse range of projects across leisure, retail, commercial, and healthcare sectors.
Qualifications:
- Quantity Surveying degree or RICS accredited.
- At least 5 years' experience in a PQS.
- Client facing experience.
- MRICS or on the way.
- Car plus driver's licence.
- Willing to mentor junior QS.
