Overview

Site Agent (Energy Sector) – South Wales. Permanent salary + benefits package. Dynamic and entrepreneurial company with clear career progression and proactive employee engagement.

Manage a team and a package of works on a high profile scheme in the energy sector. Report to the Project Manager and assist site supervisors by effectively communicating project requirements.

Proactively drive a strong health and safety culture and ensure that works are properly planned, programmed and resourced for successful delivery.

• Civil engineering background with a relevant degree or similar qualification
• Experience delivering heavy civil engineering projects (energy experience desirable)
• Ability to manage the construction programme
• Experience managing the contract as relevant to the role (desirable)
• Proven ability to lead successful delivery of Civil Engineering site teams
• CSCS card relevant to role
• SMSTS
• Experience managing Health & Safety compliance within a project
• Flexible and willing to travel

• Temporary Works Supervisor/Coordinator
• Crane Appointed Person
• HSG
  47 Underground Services Programming and planning experience
• Experience utilising a direct delivery workforce
• First Aid, Energy experience
