Fawkes and Reece in South Wales are recruiting for a Foreman / General Foreman to join a busy civils and water framework for the next 5+ years.
You will lead on-site teams, coordinate with the Site Agent and commercial team, and drive timely, profitable delivery while upholding the highest health and safety standards.
The role requires reading drawings with the site engineer, ordering plant and materials, and leading toolbox talks, inductions and site briefings.
