Metlen Energy & Metals Plc is seeking an HSE Site Advisor to oversee safety on our UK renewables construction sites. You will support the HSE Site Manager, monitor subcontractor activities, and ensure compliance with CDM and welfare regulations throughout the project.
The role requires 1–2 years of construction HSE experience, SMSTS, strong leadership, and excellent organizational skills. A driving license is required; on-site work and regular toolbox talks form part of the duties.
