Fomac agency requires an experienced senior site manager for a site in Cardiff. This is a long‑term job opportunity with 14 months on the first site and then an opportunity to work on other sites/projects in Cardiff.
Job Requirements- Valid CSCS Black card
- SMSTS
- First Aid at work (3 day)
- Minimum of 5‑6 years experience as a Senior Site Manager
- Strong site management experience with the ability to oversee projects efficiently and maintain high standards of health and safety
- Competent at using Fieldview and fully aware of our Minimum Standards, Health & Safety Processes and Quality Processes
- Experience in ‘Envelope’ works (brickwork, rainscreen cladding, curtain walling, windows)
