Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities at construction sites. You will ensure that all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing site personnel, equipment, and materials.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise daily operations and ensure adherence to project plans
- Monitor work site conditions and enforce safety regulations
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Conduct regular site inspections and address issues promptly
- Ensure all site activities comply with local laws and building codes
- Maintain accurate records of project progress and report to management
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
