BMSL Group Ltd in South Wales is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee external wall insulation, refurbishment and energy efficiency works within occupied social housing. You will coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver projects on time, safely and to quality standards.
Successful candidates will have strong knowledge of retrofit construction, social housing delivery and the ability to resolve issues quickly while maintaining tenant-facing communications.
