Involve Recruitment are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established construction business with a strong pipeline of commercial projects across Bristol, Cardiff and the wider South West & South Wales region. The company delivers a range of commercial schemes including fit-out, refurbishment, and façade / cladding packages, alongside other specialist construction works. The role will require regular site visits across South England and Wales as part of project delivery and commercial management.
The Role- Assisting with cost planning and commercial reporting
- Procurement and management of subcontract packages
- Valuations, variations and cost control
- Supporting contract administration (NEC / JCT)
- Liaising with site teams, clients and supply chain
- Attending regular site visits across South England and Wales
- Assisting with final account settlement
- 3+ years' Quantity Surveying experience
- Background in construction (contractor, subcontractor or consultancy considered)
- Experience across commercial, fit-out, cladding or refurbishment projects desirable
- Working knowledge of NEC or JCT contracts
- Strong communication and organisational skills
