Build Recruitment in Hull is seeking an experienced Temporary Voids Supervisor to oversee void property refurbishment works across our Hull portfolio. The role is site-based and hands-on, managing multiple trades and subcontractors to deliver quality, compliant void turnarounds.
You will supervise day-to-day works from strip-out through to handover, interpret SOR pricing, ensure health & safety compliance, and maintain records.
